PAMARCO APPOINTS NEW UK TEAM MEMBER
SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 – Pamarco announces the appointment of Steve Mortimer as General Manager – Europe on their UK team. Steve joins Pamarco with over twenty-three years of experience in engineering, technical and senior operations positions within the packaging industry. Since beginning his career as an apprentice, Steve has thrived within every field and has had significant exposure to all aspects of manufacturing and business services.
Lately, Steve has been running key operations within a high-volume flexo corrugated facility with a focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, cost and efficiency. His successful client relationships, along with his technical background and recent consecutive award-winning years at EFIA, demonstrate the substance behind his achievements. Steve has personally influenced product changes which directly benefit client performance, quality, bill of materials and overall shelf presence. Most recently, Steve was nominated for the Gold for Innovation award, qualifying him to enter the prestigious Stationers Awards for Innovation Excellence, where he was honored as the winner of the Product Performance category.
Steve is a family man and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and two young children. Engineering remains in Steve’s blood even off the clock – he enjoys spending his remaining free time working with cars or on home projects.
