Armor is a proprietary sealing process that permanently fills the porosity and capillaries in ceramic anilox rolls. By eliminating areas where ink and coatings can adhere, it simplifies cleaning and enhances the release of dried inks and coatings. Armor also reduces staining, ensuring consistent ink thickness from job to job. In corrosive environments, it acts as a barrier, preventing solutions from penetrating the ceramic and damaging the underlying metal layers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\n
