Anilox Rolls & Sleeves
We understand the challenges you face and our development approach proves it: our solutions include anilox engraving technology ranging from laser to mechanical to electromechanical providing you a variety of applications to service your anilox and gravure needs.
Laser Engraved Anilox Rolls & Sleeves
EFlo
Elongated 75° cell geometry enables more efficient ink transfer, cell replenishment and ease of cleaning due to open, flat-bottomed, shallow cells. EFlo offers superior solid ink and coating coverage, especially on porous substrates, and an extended range of graphics that can be printed with one engraving. Ideal for printing combination plates/graphics.
ThermaFlo
High-performance 60° engraving with multi-pulse laser technology provides cleaner and sharper highlights, consistent ink transfer, and extended high-definition color gamut performance. Pamarco’s multi-pulse engraving technology and mechanical post-engraving film polish provide smooth cell walls and bottoms to help improve ink transfer and doctor blade metering while reducing scoring and premature cell wear.
EZFlo
Channeled 30° laser engraving features excellent release and wettability for high solids inks and coatings. This engraving works great with white water and solvent-based inks, UV inks and coatings and silicone. The vertical channel helps to improve transfer and wettability while also helping to reduce spitting/misting that can occur with UV inks and on high speed presses.
Mechanically Engraved Rolls & Sleeves
EvenFlo
Our EvenFlo engraving allows for excellent release and wettability, consistent, repeatable volumes and the channeled engraving options that are ideal for high solids coating.
PQCH
High solid applications where coating wettability is important.
Pyramid
High solid applications where coating wettability is important.
Pyramid Roto-Flo
High solid applications where coating wettability is important.
Quad
Lower solid applications, tight coat-weight tolerances.
Quad Roto-Flo
Lower solid applications, where wettability and apperance are important.
Trihelical
High solid large particles applications. TH’s offer highest transfer characteristics.
Electromechanical engraving techniques are also used in the etching of cells in the surface of anilox and gravure cylinders.

Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Anilox Bases
FiberLyte
Anilox Bases
FibreLyte is an exclusive Pamarco product using wound carbon, a fiber/steel journal construction, that is ceramic coated and laser engraved using our EFlo-HD™ or ThermaFlo™ engraving method. The vastly reduced weight makes it very easy to handle and ideal for multiple roll changes or wherever hoisting is not an option.
