Anilox Rolls and Sleeves
At Pamarco, we address your printing challenges with advanced anilox engraving technology, offering both laser and mechanical options. Our solutions are designed to meet diverse anilox and gravure application needs, ensuring precision, efficiency, and superior performance.
Laser Engraved Anilox Rolls & Sleeves

EFlo
The EFlo’s elongated 75° cell geometry ensures efficient ink transfer, easy cleaning, and superior coverage on porous substrates. It supports extended graphics ranges and excels with combination plates and graphics.
EFlo

ThermaFlo
Pamarco’s high-performance 60° multi-pulse laser engraving ensure,s sharp highlights, consistent ink transfer, and enhanced color gamut. The smooth cell walls and bottoms improve ink transfer and reduce scoring and wear, optimizing doctor blade metering for better performance.
ThermaFlo

EZFlo
Pamarco's channeled 30° laser engraving offers excellent release and wettability for high solids inks, UV coatings, and silicone. The vertical channel enhances transfer, reduces spitting or misting, and improves performance on high-speed presses.
EZFlo
Mechanically Engraved Anilox Rolls & Sleeves

EvenFlo
Features excellent fluid release and wettability for various coatings and adhesives.
EvenFlo

PQCH
Open cell geometry ideal for mid-high solids coatings like UV and matte, particularly for applications requiring optical clarity.
PQCH

Pyramid
Designed for high-solid applications where coating wettability is crucial.
Pyramid

Pyramid Roto-Flo
Enhances coating wettability in high-solid applications.
Pyramid Roto-Flo

Quad
Closed cell geometry for low solids, low viscosity applications needing tight coat-weight tolerances.
Quad

Quad Roto-Flo
Open cell geometry suited for low-mid solids, prioritizing wettability and smooth appearance.
Quad Roto-Flo

Trihelical
Open channel cell for high solids, high viscosity, large-particle coatings, excelling in reverse direct and offset coating modes.
Trihelical
Base Construction
Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Anilox Bases
Manufactured at our Walton, Kentucky facility to meet OEM specifications, these bases feature integral journals, demountable construction, tubular or solid cores, and precision plate mounting with scribe lines for accuracy.
FiberLyte Anilox Bases
We combine wound carbon fiber and steel journals, ceramic coating, and laser engraving with our EFlo-HD™ or ThermaFlo™ methods. This lightweight construction facilitates easier handling and is ideal for environments requiring multiple roll changes or where hoisting isn't feasible.
