March 19th, 2020 – During these uncertain times, there is one thing you can count on: Pamarco is here for you. We want you to know that while we are taking all necessary precautions to stay safe and healthy, our employees remain at the ready. Our sales team is no longer on the road, but they are still available to assist with any needs you may have via email, phone, or even video chat. Our account managers are also available to assist you, and our manufacturing experts are making sure production keeps moving. We are doing our very best to ensure that your operation continues moving as smoothly as possible.
You may not be seeing anyone from Pamarco in person for a little while, but keep an eye on our website and your inbox because we’re coming in hot with helpful and educational emails, chats, and webinars!
A few things to watch for:
- Audit training online
- Anilox care and handling guide
- Automatic color proofing tips
- A new Pamarco product
As we continue to support our customers, the safety of our employees will remain our top priority. To ensure the health and safety of our team, we are providing the necessary tools to allow all of our account managers and various other office staff to work from home as needed. Unfortunately, our manufacturing experts cannot take their work home with them, so we are providing the appropriate provisions: sanitizer at every station, face masks* for those who wish to utilize them, and rubber gloves. We are also increasing cleaning services and ensuring thorough sanitation throughout the plants. We are also asking that our employees practice social distancing, staying about six feet away from coworkers whenever possible.
We’re all in this together, and together we will win. In the meantime, from our family to yours, we hope that you are staying safe and informed in the face of this worldwide challenge.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of our Pamarco representatives. And if you aren’t already, make sure you follow us on social media so you don’t miss any of our announcements or virtual meetings.
*We regularly purchase face masks due to the nature of our work and are not purchasing more unnecessarily and limiting the access that health workers have to them.
